When we think about Christmas, there are specific moments that make you smile; mistletoe kisses, hanging decorations you haven’t seen since childhood, or that first waft of mulled spice when you walk into a pub.

We’ll cherish these little moments even more this year; being together and creating positive memories we can hold on to.

Duck & orange pate, caramelised shallots, melba toast.

Smoked salmon blinis, crème fraiche, pickled fennel , dill infusion. 

Mulled wine infused poached pear, candied walnuts, Barkham blue crumb. (v) (GF)

Wild mushrooms, creamed stroganoff sauce, multi seeded artisan toast. (V)

Grilled butterfly king prawns, garlic gremolata, compound butter, garlic fried bread.


Caramelised red onion & celeriac puree tart, kale pesto, garlic & thyme roast potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots, red wine gravy. (V)

Roast Turkey, garlic & thyme roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing, honey roasted parsnips, Brussel sprouts, carrots & red wine jus.

Marinated Teriyaki salmon, roast glazed vegetables, lime & coriander basmati rice. (GF)

Vegetarian nut roast with goats’ cheese, honey roasted parsnips, Brussel sprouts, carrots, stuffing & red wine jus. (V)

Rabbit, pigeon & venison Game casserole, blanched vegetables, creamy mash. (GF)

Slow cooked feather blade of beef, horseradish mash, savoy cabbage, caraway seeds, beef & thyme red wine jus.  


And for afters

Lemon curd tart, mixed berries. (GF)

Christmas pudding with brandy cream.

Melt in the middle chocolate sponge pudding, white chocolate shavings.
